We Begin With Your Vision, And Build From There
Franklin & Associates created their design-build process in 1995 to ensure success in custom homes, renovations, landscaping, and commercial projects. This approach fosters transparent communication, timely and budget-friendly project completion, and satisfied clients.
Phase 1: Initial Contact
Discuss your project with us, sharing your goals and expectations. We'll explain our process and, if you're satisfied, proceed to the next phase.
Phase 2: Design Agreement
We collaborate to create a preliminary design fitting your needs and style while staying within your budget. This phase includes preliminary renderings of a conceptual design; site planning, budgeting, create floor plans, elevations, interior specifications, permit drawings, and final construction documents.
Phase 3: Construction Agreement
Once you approve the preliminary design and budget, we create a realistic construction schedule. Our design-build process saves time and money by managing the entire project.
